We provide up to 10 years of coverage on parts, materials, and workmanship for most products we supply, giving you long-term protection against manufacturing or installation faults. This also includes problems like condensation or fogging between glass panes in certain window and door units, as long as normal maintenance has been followed.
Extended 15-Year Glass Protection
For selected window and glazing products — including aluminium and uPVC casement, flush casement, tilt & turn, and triple-glazed units — we offer up to 15 years of coverage against internal fogging and condensation between panes, helping ensure your glazing remains clear and efficient over many years.
