Standard 10-Year Guarantee
Our standard guarantee covers all parts and materials used in your products for 10 years. Under this guarantee, if any issue arises due to faulty workmanship or installation – excluding accidental damage – we will repair or replace the affected item. This also includes issues like condensation and fogging between panes in doors, sash windows, and decorative glazing.
Extended 15-Year Coverage
For certain products, we offer extended protection of up to 15 years. This applies specifically to aluminium and uPVC casement windows, flush casement and tilt-turn windows, and triple-glazed sealed units — covering fogging and internal condensation between glazing panels.
Glass & Glazing Federation (GGF)
This membership means you can access an independent complaints service if needed. The GGF’s Consumer Code of Good Practice ensures members maintain high standards of professional conduct.
FENSA Compliance
We meet or exceed all relevant industry standards and are fully compliant with building regulations through FENSA certification, ensuring your installations are correctly regulated.
Insurance-Backed Guarantee (IBG)
To give extra reassurance, all windows and doors come with an insurance-backed guarantee that protects against costs of repair, rebuilding, or corrective work up to a defined limit (based on either £50,000 or the original installation cost, whichever is less). This cover remains valid even if Milton Windows ceases trading.
